フロリダ出身、結成10年目のハードロック・バンドによる4作目。ダークで湿り気のある1・2作目、大ヒットした3作目に比べると、疾走感やダークな面は減少したものの、より壮大で、力強さと美しさを増した作品となりました。ライヴ映えしそうなfast＆heavyな曲はもちろん健在。バラードもバランス良く構成されており、まさにこれぞSHINEDOWN！といったアルバム。このバンドの特徴のひとつが、胸に響く、ストレートで重みのある歌詞。このアルバムでは、それが最大限に発揮されています。いい曲書くなぁ、ほんと。このあたりは前作からさらに成長しましたね。ハード・ロックファンからもヘヴィ・メタルファンからも評価の高い作品です。日本ではまだ無名に近いですが（すごく残念）、次世代を担う（と個人的には思っている）バンドの、まだまだ若さあふれるハード・ロック。ぜひ聴いてください！

メジャー最前線に到着！ダークな雰囲気は薄れてはいるものの成長を感じさせるアルバム。とはいえ、所謂”売れ線”になっているのも事実なのでは・・・。前作以上に売り上げが期待できる１枚。
