３５万人の大観衆を熱狂させたクイーン＋ポール･ロジャースの最新ライヴDVD!最新作『コスモス･ロックス』のリリースに合わせて行われたヨーロッパツアーに先駆けて２００８年9月12日のウクライナ、カラコフ広場で開催されたチャリティ・フリー･コンサート「アンチ・エイズ・コンサート」に出演した模様をドキュメント収録。

この公演が行われたカラコフの自由広場はヨーロッパ第２の規模の広場であり世界でも６番目の大きさを誇る。この日はなんと３５万人の大観衆が集まり、ギター、ドラムそしてヴォーカルの大爆音と共に地響きのようなコーラスが２時間の全曲で湧き上がった。昨年の１２月１日世界エイズデーにイギリスと日本でで１日限りの映画上映が行われた。日本では新宿バルド９、大阪梅田ブルク７）また、アメリカでは11月6日に394館で上映。日本のツアーはまだ実現しておらず、ファン必見のクイーン最新ライヴDVDである。
