陸上自衛隊で秘密裏に行われた実験中に、暴走事故が発生。的場一佐（鹿賀丈史）率いる精鋭部隊が、460年前の戦国時代にタイムスリップしてしまった。かつての仲間だった鹿島勇祐（江口洋介）は、時空の彼方に消えた仲間たちと日本を救うため、神崎怜２尉（鈴木京香）とともに2度目のタイムスリップを敢行する。制限時間は74時間26分。
