【ストーリー】
2087年。資源を積んで地球に帰還するノストロモ号は、とある惑星で正体不明の地球外生命体に遭遇。乗組員の体内に寄生したエイリアンはその腹を食い破って逃走。船内で次々とエイリアンの餌食になっていく仲間たち。最後に残された女性乗組員のリプリーは正体不明の生命体を相手に一人闘うことに……。

    エイリアンを虫のような動物として描いているところが怖い。変態を繰り返し、成長していく生態がリアルで気持ち悪い。感情なんて全く無く、ただ生きるために殺すという、人間と全く相容れないモンスターであるのがひたすら怖い。人間に捕獲されたエイリアン自体が孤独でじっと怯えているように見えるところが又リアルで、何をしでかすか分からないところが本当に怖い。ＳＦホラー、モンスターホラーのマスターピース。

    この世界観。正に時代を代表する作品の一つ。ＳＦでありながらホラーの要素が強く、なおかつ近未来を現実的に描いた点は衝撃的ですらあった。 シリーズ化されたのも納得。リドリー・スコットと言えば、まずエイリアンを思い浮かべる人が多いのではないだろうか。

    DVDで鑑賞　設定５　内容２　俳優２　映像４　設定は凄いと思います。内容はただの脱出もの。俳優、魅力なし。映像1979年製作にしては、エイリアンのぬいぐるみ以外の美術、SFX、凄いと思いました。画像も綺麗で良かったです。
