【ストーリー】
古代ピラニアたちがスプリング・ブレイクを襲ってから1年後。湖は封鎖され、血に飢えたヤツらは新しい住処を探して旅立ち、新たにオープンするウォーター・パーク“ビッグ・ウェット"へと辿り着く。そこは、能天気な若者たちが集うべく新設されたエッチな仕掛け満載のプールだった…。オープンを迎えた当日、そんな事を知るはずもなく、多くの来場者が訪れた時、前作を凌ぐ惨劇が待ち構えていた!ピラニアの大群が、この世の楽園を地獄へと一変させて血の海と化すなかで、果たして猛威を振るうヤツらの鋭い牙から逃げれる事が出来るのは誰だ!
