欧州ピアノトリオにありがちな哀愁漂う曲調ではなく、北欧のクールな雰囲気といい塩梅の泥臭さが絶妙にミックスされている。各曲メロディーが凄くよいのはもちろん、各メンバーの決して出しゃばらない演奏がこのアルバム全体を上品に仕上げているように思う。じっくり聴き込むも良し、何かしている時にBGMとして聞き流すこともできるアルバムです。3人のセンスの良さがよく表現されている。

来日した際の、東京での３日間のライブから選曲…、で、同じ曲が２take…？ちょっと興味をもったけど、なかなか「当たり」でした♪ アルバムタイトルを「Someday.」とするところに、プロデューサーの思い入れを感じますが、その思いが空回りせずに良く仕上がったアルバムだと思います。そのタイトル曲…、少し幻想的な出だしの２と、長～いベースソロ入りの８。贅沢にも対比できるから尚更良さが際立ってきますね。どちらも、優しく温かく…ちょっぴり切なくて、でもわくわくどきどき…、そんな白雪姫の気持ちをきちんと表現してて、カバー率の高いこの曲でも相当上位にくるだろう素晴らしい演奏です♪ カバー率ではこちらもかなりの「Take The“A”Train」。これをリアルで聴けた人がホント羨ましい!! 最近聴いた中では、Bevan Manson/『Rhythm Chowder』がとても良かったけど、出だしと終盤の二つの仕掛けが最高♪　これだからJAZZは止められない!!…と唸りましたね♪ My Best「Take The“A”Train」!! 素晴らしい♪
