    王道シカゴ・スタイルを継承しているジョン・プライマーのボブ・コリトーとの共作の第3弾目です。ジャケット・デザインが前2作と意趣が全く変わったので，当初イメチェンを図ったのかと思ってしまいました。この録音時には，プライマーもすでに70歳を過ぎておりますが，この強力コンビは，今なお健在です。若いころのエネルギーは薄れてきている感じがしますが，渋み深みが増してきた出来栄えです。黒人ブルースマンは，歳を重ねるごとに，年齢相応に絶妙な魅力を発揮してくれてるなと感じます。この強力コンビ，いつまでも続いてくれることを祈っています。
