ソロ第一作にしていきなりの最高傑作。金属的なシンセ音に響きわたるリヴァーブ・エフェクト、チープなリズムボックスに吐き捨てるような無機質なヴォーカル。テクノ／エレクトロ・ポップを語る上で避けては通れないアルバムです。

もう20年以上前、よく聴いていました。ULTRABOXの3rdALBUMと、Metamatic・Gardenはかなり聞き込みましたね。下に記述がある新宿厚生年金会館のLIVEも聴きに行った一人です。良かったですよ、このLIVEも・・・DVDであの頃の映像出ないかな。かなり熱い演奏で、QUIETMANとは言えませんでした。同時期ミッジユーロのULTRABOXのLIVEも行きましたが、こちらはダメ！でしたね。やはりULTRABOXはJOHN　FOXXのバンドでした。
