　先行の５枚組のラインナップを見たとき、『Voices』と『Big Bam Boom』の欠落が気になっていたのですが、ようやく、その答えが出されました。まさに、「そう来たか！」といった感じのセットになっています。　低迷期を抜け出した出世作『Voices』に復活前夜の２枚を拾い、モンスター盤２枚を飛び越えて、円熟期の２枚を加えたシリーズの”続編”といった感じです。今回のセットは、個人的にはポータブル・ラジオがラッピングされた青色盤以外のオリジナルＣＤ盤を持っていない（一部はＬＰレコードとして所有している）ので、とてもお得な詰め合わせとなっています。　ところで、これも個人の感想ですが、この手の海外製造の紙ジャケットは、印刷がやや濃い目（シャープ）で、コントラストがはっきりしている分、何となくグロテスクな感じがします。しっかりとした存在感がある反面、メッセージが強く出過ぎて、少し刺々しい印象を持ってしまうのは自分だけでしょうか？

個人的にはSay it isn’t soを聴くためだけに買いました。83年当時の同曲のPVは本作に収められている12 inch Versionあり、Rock’n Soul Part 1に収められいるLP Versionには満足できずにおりました。Say it isn’t soは83年当時マイケル・ジャクソン＆ポール・マッカートニーのSay Say Sayに抑えられ4週連続２位だったものの個人的には自分のその後の洋楽一辺倒を決定付ける位の大きな衝撃を受けた作です。
