garyが天国へ旅立って2年か。自分が若い頃聞いていたﾐｭｰｼﾞｼｬﾝが、次々といなくなってしまった。このｱﾙﾊﾞﾑが発売されて26年経つとはね。日本の演歌の冬の日本海に通じる物も感じる。それ程情緒に駆られる。捨て曲無しの大名盤。

私　学生の時に聴いて感動しました。今大人になって聴いてさらに感動しました。ゲーリーの音楽に感動し、私　涙しました。アルバムの全ての曲が本当に良かたい(^o^) 深く感動しました(^-^)/

『ワイルド・フロンティア』は名盤です。リリース当時のオリジナル盤をずっと愛聴してました。彼が亡くなったのを機に最新リマスター盤へ買換えました。流石に、オリジナル盤と比較すると収録されいる音の大きさが大きく、迫力の違いを感じます。しかし、2002年のリマスター盤より、「WILD FRONTIER 12”」の3’26”にてマスターテープ起因による音の異常があります。CDに注釈はありません。レーベルに問い合わせしたところ、修正する見込みがついてないとの回答。せめて、注釈の表記はしっかりしてもらいたいと思いました。
