The recording from this primitive cassette tape captures the first rehearsal of the Wazoo band, freezing in time early ideas and arrangements of material that went on to be used on The Grand Wazoo and Waka/Jawaka album sessions of 1972.

「Father O’blivion」という曲名に違和感...

「Father O’blivion」という曲名に違和感のあった「Piquantique」の５曲目、「Greggery Peccary」、「Waka/jawaka」、「Grand wazoo」などの関係をうかがい知ることができる貴重なCDでした。しかし、墓場泥棒的な感じもして、もしザッパが生きていたとしたら、これらの音源がこのような形で発表されることは無かったような気がします。
