Prize-winner of many international competitions, Solenne Paidassi won the First Grand Prix of the Jacques Thibaud competition in 2010, a distinguished award that no French violinist had won since 1955. Together with Laurent Wagschal, she pays tribute to the great Belgian (and French) violin school, inherited from Ysaye, with the inevitable Sonata from Franck.
