1968年にリリースされた The Association のコンピレーション盤です。1966年のアルバム「And Then... Along Comes the Association」から3曲、同年のアルバム「Renaissance」から1曲、1967年のアルバム「Insight Out」から4曲、1968年のアルバム「Birthday」から4曲、1968年のシングルから1曲の全13曲（38分34秒）という内容です。オリジナル・アルバムでもボーナス・トラックが収録されているのに対し、コンピレーション盤の「Greatest Hits」は、追加収録曲なしで、CD化してもアナログ盤と同じ内容（収録時間）というのは、少し物足りない感じがします。（何らかの「大人の事情」があるのかもしれませんが…）
