2015年秋放送予定のTVアニメ「Dance with Devils」エンディングテーマ。表題曲「マドモ★アゼル」を歌うのは、はアニメに登場するキャラクター5人によるヴォーカルユニット・PENTACLE★。

アニメユーザーより絶大な支持を得る人気音楽ブランドElements Garden藤田淳平による作/編曲、作詞はTVアニメ「Dance with Devils」原案でもある岩崎大介。
カップリングには四皇學園生徒会（斉藤壮馬・近藤隆・木村昴・平川大輔）による「革命前夜-The Eve of the Revolution-」を収録！
