Blackout Falls

Alkari consists of Mike Beatty, Jason Smith, and Marc Badillo, a trio with an E.S.P. like musical connection, and a common goal to write and perform hard-charging, wide-screen, dramatic rock music. Alkari has shared the stage with internationally known bands such as Loney, Dear (Sweden), and Midlake (Denton), nationally known bands such as Royal Bangs (Nashville), What Made Milwaukee Famous (Austin), and regionally known bands such as Ume (Austin), and The Pons (Austin). Blackout Falls was recorded at Cacophony Recorders in Austin, TX. Our producer is Erik Wofford, well known producer and engineer of bands like The Black Angels, Explosions in the Sky, Maserati, The Octopus Project and many others. Our album was mastered at Peerless Mastering, run by Jeff Lipton.
