中2のときに名盤“Back In Black”が発売されて、“Highway Star”や“Long Live Rock ’n’Roll”などに夢中だった私には、スピードがあり、ノリノリの曲を演奏しないAC/DCを理解できず、興味がわかなかった。中3のとき、本作が発売され、FMラジオから③の“Let’s Get It Up”が流れてきて、多少、良いかな～～と、思ってみたものの、名曲①のタイトル・トラックには、見向きもしなかった。時が流れ、高校～大学～社会人と進むにつれて、このバンドのカッコよさが段々わかってきた。今となっては、全くAC/DCの存在がない音楽人生なんて考えられません。今日も、轟音♪爆音♪を轟かせて♪♪、頭を振り続けますよ～～～★彡

アルバム発売当時、洋楽すらロクに分らない私が一発でK.O.されてしまい、ROCKにハマッたきっかけの作品です。あの鐘の音を初めて耳にしてから30年ほどの月日は流れましたが、今でもあの衝撃は忘れません！アルバムトップからラストまで流れも完璧!!以降のAC/DCのライヴは常にこのアルバムの曲がかなり演奏されているので彼らの最重要作品である事は間違いありません。是非１度は耳にして欲しい、そんな作品です。
