The Platters(1956)、The Platters Volume2(1956)、The Flying Platters(1957)、]The Flying Platters Atound The World(1958)、Remember When(1959)、Reflections(1959)、LIfe Is Just A Bowl Of Cherries(1960)、Song For The Lonely(1962)の８つのアルバムが収められている。プラターズは、何回か来日しているが、その間にもメンバーが入れ替わっていたと記憶している。発売年代をみるところ、多分オリジナルのメンバーによる録音。日本でなじみのある、洗練されたコーラスグループではなく、生き生きと歌う”若さ”が心地よい。
