Last year the Phantom Blues Band stepped out of the shadows behind their longtime employer and musical cohort Taj Mahal to deliver their Delta Groove debut which Goldmine described as a horn swaddled, contemporary blues gumbo for your beauty. Although individual members have remained in high demand, the band still found the time to come together in the studio and record new material, serving up a savory blend of Gospel, R&B, Soul, Funk, Reggae and Blues. With a proven track record that includes 2 Grammys for their previous work with Taj Mahal, you can expect the Phantom Blues Band to continue to imprint their mark upon the world just like footprints in the sand.
