グランジブーム前夜のシアトル。パールジャムの前身とも言えるこのバンドのコンピレーションアルバムだが、特筆すべきは何と言ってもボーカリストである故・アンドリューウッドのカリスマ性だろう。唯一無二の歌唱力は、間違いなく90年代を代表するバンドへと導いていたに違いない。今はなき伝説のバンド、マザーラブボーン。全ロック・ファン必聴。
