Paul Jones final recordings with the Manfreds and only the 2nd actual UK album offers a varied and sometimes strange choice of mqaterial. Tracks range from blues, gospel and soul to a little Motown and some MOR ish jazz.The Manfreds always had a jazzy background. After all,where most groups used a more traditional tenor sax sound, Manfred Mann went with an alto sax, quite uncommon in rock and blues.
