Kinobe is a young singer, songwriter, musician and instrument maker from Uganda. This is his world premier recording and reflects his acoustic traditional roots in Uganda, as well as some of his own compositions blending other traditions that have influenced him. This recording contains nine traditional pieces from Uganda and three Kinobe originals. Starting his musical education at the age of five, by the time he was ten, he was touring with musical groups throughout Africa and Europe.
