After being put to bed each night, I would listen to my father playing the piano. So many beautiful songs, such as Autumn Leaves, Night and Day, and September Song. This remains one of my most cherished childhood memories. I dedicate this album to my father. I have so many others to thank for helping me on my musical journey. Especially Lynnette Westendorf who guided and encouraged me in so many ways, ultimately getting me to start my own blues band. I'd also like to thank larri Sims,Steve Feasley, Charlie Hiestand, Jeanne Ricky,darren Motamedy, Rick J Bowen, my blues band members, and all the other wonderful musicians with whom I've had the good fortune to play.
