リリースから16年後、再びJulianが自ら編成に取り組んで完成させたDeluxe Edition!

1992年にリリースされたソロ、Teardrop Explodesの音源をまとめた”Floored Genius”が全英アルバム・チャートで22位を記録する成功を収めた。本作は翌年にリリースされた第2弾のDeluxe Edition。オリジナル・ディスクはJulian Cope自身が編集した裏ベスト盤的な位置付けとしてリリースされており、16年後に再びJulianが13曲の未発表BBC音源をピック・アップしボーナス・ディスクに収録し2枚組のDeluxe Editionへと発展させたものだ。
