ファンクマニアさんの言う通り、へたするとJB’s時代よりも今となっては（2010年）主流のサウンドなのかも知れません。星は４つですけど・・・

ファンク集。よほどのファンク好きじゃないと、飽きる。やっぱりバラードとかも入れて、J.B.のヴォーカルを楽しむほうがいいと思う。

JBファンクというとブーツィー在籍時のオリジナルJB’S時代が最高とする人が多いが、それ以前にJBが既にファンクの高みに到達していたことがこのCDで確認できる。 特にディスク2の、Licking Stick-Licking Stick、Mother Popcornのライブバージョンはもう狂っているとしか思えない壮絶さである。
