ゴスペル一家に育ったオーケリー、ロナルド、ルドルフのアイズレー3兄弟で結成されたソウル・グループ。自分達で設立したレーベルT-NECKは、ヒット曲"It's Your Thing"で起動にのる。後に他の3兄弟が加入しファンク/メロウ路線へ移行。名作「Between The Sheets」は大ネタとして今でも頻繁に使用されている。
