例えばE・フロストやキャットパワーに比べ、シンシアは「歌」そのものよりもそれを取り巻くものを構築することに重点を置いていた。今作ではしかし、彼女の意識はずっと「歌」の方に向かっているように窺える。それが逆に、彼女の言葉から幽玄のエロティシズムをより引き出している。
