【ストーリー】
主人公は家電量販店「バイ・モア」で働くコンピューター・オタクの サエない青年、チャック。ある日、CIAで働く大学時代のルームメイトからメ ールを受け取ったチャックの頭脳に変化が起きる。CIA(中央情報局)とNS A(国家安全保障局)の機密情報すべてがメールを通じ、チャックの脳にインプ ットされてしまったのだ! チャックの元には、機密情報と彼を保護するために 派遣されたCIAの美人エージェント、サラやNSAのベテラン・エージェント 、ケイシーが現れ、昼夜を問わずチャックを監視するようになる。最初は戸惑う ばかりのチャックだったが、やがて合衆国を狙うテロや陰謀を阻止すべく、CI AとNSAの捜査に協力することに・・・。
