This is a 16 track collection of folk artist Andrew Calhoun's work from 1973-81 featuring his sensitive vocal and guitar work, as well as his raw archetypal poetry. 8 songs are new versions of songs from out-of-print LPs, and 8 songs are previously unreleased. The CD cover features a painting by JMW Turner. I think that Andrew Calhoun is very good. His songs seem like more than the sum of their parts.
