20世紀を締めくくる2000年、偶然にも10ccのヒット曲「愛ゆえに」と「アイム・ノット・イン・ラヴ」が日本のテレビCMソングとして使用され、この２曲を収録したベスト盤などが新譜にまじってチャート・インしたのは記憶に新しい。察するに制作スタッフのリアルタイムでヒットした時代のフェイバリット・ソングとしての起用なのだろうが、こうして時代を越え、新しい世代に受け入れられた要因はその親しみやすいメロディ
